Responsibilities

  • Performs all routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic special procedures under the supervision of the Radiologist and Director of Cath Lab
  • Produce quality images while applying both radiation and physical safety measures
  • Collect patient data and document procedure
  • Perform all necessary special procedure radiographic procedures
  • Assist physicians with fluoroscopic procedures
  • Performance Improvement Participation

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Certification and current registration for Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry-eligible and must obtain within 90-days of hire
  • Current BLS certification
  • Obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire and maintain as current
  • Attend 6 lead EKG course within 6 months of hire
