We have an opportunity for a Product Manager - Pool Heaters to join our Apex, NC team. You will be a key leader who refines and optimizes the overall product strategy for Pentair's portfolio of Pool heater products. You will do this by owning the product: roadmap, strategy, financial performance, and life cycle from inception through end of life.We look to our product managers to ensure the building blocks of our company are competitive and growing and as such need strong leaders that enjoy a challenge. You will: Serve as a subject matter expert for Pool heaters as well as the key connection point for other functional subject matter experts. Always supporting the commercial team to drive customer adoption and market penetration of Pool heater products. Set the tone for priority and urgency within your product family by consistently acting as a team player, identifying opportunities, and focusing on execution of our strategy. Refine your product roadmap and market positioning using data, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, voice-of-the-customer research, and industry trends. Ensure our products are always positioned to be industry leading by collaborate with all functional areas (sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing operations) to deliver exceptional product line growth. Utilize 80/20 principles and tools to optimize our product performance while ensuring we strive to eliminate complicity. Key Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager creating and maintaining product roadmaps. BA/BS degree required. Experience with gas heaters or related products is desired. Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features. Ability to travel up to 20-25%. Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $82300 - $152800 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus..
