You Are:

You are an entrepreneurial leader and a trusted advisor with deep expertise in Oracle solutions and a passion for transforming the K-12 education sector. Your ability to identify, shape, and close new opportunities sets you apart, and your strong relationships with K-12 leaders, state agencies, and Oracle teams empower you to deliver impactful outcomes.

Whether developing go-to-market strategies, leading pursuits, or collaborating with delivery teams, you excel at crafting innovative solutions and driving results. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you inspire teams and clients alike to achieve excellence.

The Work:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and cultivate new Oracle Cloud opportunities in the K-12 education market.
    • Develop tailored value propositions for school districts, highlighting how Oracle solutions address operational and educational challenges.
    • Collaborate with Accentures Education and Oracle teams to lead pursuits, develop proposals, and close deals.
  • Thought Leadership and Market Strategy:
    • Shape and execute Accentures go-to-market strategy for K-12 Oracle Cloud solutions, positioning Accenture as a leader in the education space.
    • Represent Accenture at conferences, workshops, and industry forums to share insights and best practices.
    • Stay ahead of trends in K-12 education and Oracle Cloud technology to continuously refine strategies and offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build trusted relationships with superintendents, CIOs, CFOs, and other K-12 decision-makers, understanding their goals and challenges.
    • Serve as a liaison between Oracle product teams and clients, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of Oracle solutions that meet client needs.
    • Mentor and guide internal teams to build expertise in K-12 Oracle Cloud solutions and the public sector space.
    • Partner with Oracle and Accenture teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the K-12 or public sector space, with a focus on technology solutions or ERP implementations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or Analytics applications, with a focus on public sector or K-12 implementations.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience with proven track record of opportunity origination, business development, and achieving sales targets.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
