Requisition ID# 161914 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Finance Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The CFO Chief of Staff (COS) Office is responsible for the smooth operation and execution of Finance department activities. Combined with the Finance True North Project Management Office (FTN PMO) this joint office is also responsible for Finance's transformation journey. In addition to ensuring the successful execution of projects related to core Finance functions such as financial reporting, accounting close, and more, the CFO COS/FTN Office is responsible for the improvement of Finance's foundational capabilities overall and supporting the culture shift along the way. Position Summary The Principal Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, performance measurement, and continuous improvement of business management processes for Finance including but not limited to CFO operating reviews. In this role you will collaborate closely with the CFO and the Finance leadership team to ensure that key financial metrics are on track and Finance is engaged in enterprise initiatives across the Company. This role will also be a key driver in Finance's maturity of the performance playbook: Lean, Breakthrough, and PSEMS. The role is hybrid working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office 1-2x weekly or based on business needs. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill beplaced between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.This job is also eligible to participate inPG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $140,000 Bay Area Maximum: $238,000 Job Responsibilities
