We are seeking a strategic Finance Function Transformation Leader to drive significant improvements in the tools, processes & capabilities of the global Finance function.

Who You'll Work With
In this role you will foster strong partnerships with senior Firm leaders and leaders of adjacent functions to drive strategic initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving a step change in how Finance enables the partnership & serves the Firm. You'll lead a series of comprehensive transformation initiatives, aligning technology capabilities with business goals, and ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of financial processes. You'll take direction directly from senior leadership and operate as part of the Finance Ops and Transformation function.
You'll have a unique opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, leading and managing comprehensive change initiatives that span multiple departments and require a deep understanding of business operations, project management, and technology that will redefine our financial processes and drive significant value for the organization. You'll be a visionary leader with a passion for transformation and a track record of success in a Partnership environment.
Your impact within our firm
You will manage and deliver large-scale digital transformation projects from strategy to value realization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll define, develop and execute a transformation roadmap that reimagines how Finance serves the Partnership and the Firm, identifying the series of incremental and bold steps to have short term impact towards long term goals.
You'll provide value-driven transformation governance, ensuring projects deliver significant financial impact and align with the overall strategic goals. This will involve setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring the organization achieves desired outcomes and continuous improvement. You'll drive initiatives that contribute to substantial productivity increases, cost savings, and EBITDA uplift, demonstrating the tangible benefits of digital transformation, as well as support overall alignment with our Tech Ecosystem (TE) as a process owner, rethinking process as well as focus resources; requiring deep understanding of interdependencies with People, Risk, Client (etc).
You'll rewire finance processes through end-to-end digital workflows, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and AI innovations to enhance efficiency and productivity, working closely with the technology ecosystem function to align SAP, Salesforce, and other core platforms with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of financial processes.
You'll also implement point-automation solutions, optimize operational processes, and create user-aligned central data sources to support digital transformation.
Your qualifications and skills
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in finance and digital transformation, with a strong understanding of E2E digital workflows and the ability to leverage industry knowledge and technical expertise
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-tower transformational deals, manage cross-functional teams, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in core platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, with a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and cognitive operations
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic thought leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to enhance business operations and stakeholder experience
  • Demonstrable passion for finance organization and knowledge of finance sub-function areas, including design of Shared Service Centers, Offshoring & Outsourcing and experience in the latest advances in digitizing the finance organization
  • Bachelors and MBA or advanced analytic degree as well as an excellent academic track record from a top institution
  • Strong intrinsic problem-solving skills, ability to structure and solve problems and conduct and interpret analysis independently, with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
  • Experience in building/leading (diverse cross-functional) teams and ability to work effectively in ambiguous and challenging environments
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills, able to quickly establish a rapport and credibility with finance staff
  • A self-starter, able to work independently, build a wide network amongst client service teams, and deliver high quality end-products
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles
  • Innovation and Agility: A forward-thinking mindset with a focus on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement to ensure the organization remains competitive and future-ready
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Change Management: Ability to navigate organizational barriers, anticipate and mitigate culture traps, and model new ways of working to drive successful digital transformation

to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
