About this opportunity Miller Knoll is looking for a Director of Herman Miller Gaming to join our Global Retail organization. As Director of Herman Miller Gaming, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Herman Miller Gaming brand. You will build and lead a cross-functional global team to deliver strategic and tactical plans. Responsible for gaming growth strategy, including product launch, seasonal marketing, and brand strategy that delivers against the financial plan. Collaborate with product category, sales, retail marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure focus and alignment on critical aspects of the plan to optimize global gaming P&L. Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing the business plan and working collaboratively with the global functions to execute the plan and deliver the results.
- Responsible for 3-year planning and forecasting for Herman Miller Gaming, including mapping key activities that drive financial targets by region.
- Tracks and reports on key metrics and the P&L compared to the plan. Identifies gaps and aligns resources to fill them.
- Works with cross-functional teams, including operational, sales, product, and retail marketing teams, to deliver the business plan and support the achievement of business goals.
- Collaborates with Category on defining a gaming-specific product strategy to drive the near-, mid-, and long-term business objectives.
- Partners with global product and operations teams to tailor product fulfillment and delivery models by region.
- Identifies and onboards internal and external global partners to achieve business objectives.
- Understands the gaming landscape. Manages relationships with strategic external partners that bring deep knowledge of the gaming space and future trends.
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, or finance field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in business, product category, marketing or general management.
- 5+ years of project leadership experience; global project leadership experience preferred.
- Experienced gamer with knowledge of the gaming landscape.

- Ability to manage up, down, and sideways and communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and to teach, coach, monitor, and influence key stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Expert relationship builder in all environments at all levels of the organization and ability to lead long-term relationships with stakeholders.

A starting compensation range for this role is $142,500.00 - $182,525.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
