Overview

BRPH is looking for a Designer with a strong background in FF&E specification development for hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in writing, organizing, and managing detailed FF&E specifications, ensuring alignment with project requirements, budgets, and brand standards. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and write comprehensive FF&E specifications for hospitality projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams to source and select materials and furnishings.
  • Ensure all specifications meet quality, budget, and time-line requirements.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and oversee FF&E processes from concept to installation.
  • Teach and mentor the design team to improve their skills in writing and managing FF&E specifications.

COMPUTER SOFTWARE SKILLS:

Preferred experience in the use of:

  • SpecSources
  • Revit


Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Four or two-year degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 4 years professional experience within the Interior Design / Architectural field.
  • Proven experience in hospitality-focused FF&E specification development.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools/software for specification writing.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
