As the Director, HRIS and Payroll Transformation you will improve Westinghouse's payroll and human resources information systems. This includes supporting the implementation of projects, modernizing payroll and HRIS systems, aiming to improve processes, data accuracy, and to ensure compliance by analyzing current systems, identifying pain points, designing new workflows, and overseeing the transition to a modernized platform across the organization. You will report to the Senior Director, Global HR Systems, Payroll and Services and be located in Cranberry Township, PA at our Global Headquarters. You will be hybrid, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Key Responsibilities:
