Program Coordinator III MCW Flourishing

Position Description:

As a Program Coordinator III MCW Flourishing, you will work independently under the administrative direction of the MCW Flourishing Program Director to coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Contribute direction and guidance to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
  • Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
  • Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Assist with financial processing for the program, including PO entry, financial reconciliation and expense requests.
  • Develop and manage some program budgets.
  • Schedule people and material resources.
  • Conduct and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with program participants.
  • Take a relational approach to program coordination/administration.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
  • Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
  • Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review and solicitation of funding opportunities.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Schedule:




M - F, 8am-5pm - Hybrid



Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum experience: 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred education: Master's degree
Preferred experience: 6 or more years of program or project coordination
