Mgr SC S/4 Procurement

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Supply Chain SAP S/4 Procurement to join our Information Technology team within a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. This role is pivotal in designing, enhancing, and implementing business processes within our Global Template, specifically focusing on the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive functional design, support system enhancements, and lead deployment efforts, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Design and Enhancement: Lead the design and enhancement of procurement processes within the Global Template. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Functional Design Development: Develop detailed functional designs within the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem. Ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Implementation and Deployment: Support the implementation and deployment of system enhancements and changes. Oversee testing, training, and change management activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and business analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Automation and Digitization: Drive initiatives focused on automation and digitization of procurement processes.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes in the CPG industry.

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.

  
  

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field or relative experience.

  Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Professional) is a plus.
