The Senior Program Financial Analyst will provide comprehensive financial and program analysis support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and government compliance standards. This role requires expertise in program budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include supporting proposal preparations, managing budgets, analyzing trends, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations, such as FAR, DFAR, and CAS. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems (e.g., ERP/Oracle, Deltek Costpoint), and a solid understanding of government contract structures and compliance requirements. The expected pay scale for this position is $86,885/year - $124,245/year.Should the level, location, or scope of the position change during the hiring process, the pay scale may be modified accordingly.
