This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Enforce safety standards, policies, practices, visual aids, and procedures within your area of responsibility to ensure safety remains top priority of team and (ii) Mentor the Supervisor I on systemic identification of root cause of process deviations to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED required; Yellow Belt Certification; TWI Certification; Experience requirements include: 5 years experience in a high volume warehouse; Two (2) years experience managing direct reports. The payrange/rate of pay for this position is $54,100- 87,325-; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
