Overview
Provides care to individuals with behavioral/emotional/mental health problems. Qualifications License/Certifications: Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training within 3 months - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Education: Bachelor's Degree Other Knowledge/Skills: Responsibilities ENSURES PATIENTS RECEIVE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES: Assists the interdisciplinary treatment team in patient assessments and the development of goal directed treatment.
THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY FOCUS: Assists in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu so that the unit is a safe, caring, nurturing, healing, and educative environment.
THERAPEUTIC GROUPS AND INDIVIDUAL THERAPIES: Provides group and individual therapies for all patients as assigned in order to provide comprehensive, quality treatment.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT FOCUS: Assists in Performance Improvement activities on unit.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $21.25per hour - $35.49per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
