Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is an engineering company that provides Government projects and programs with experienced and dedicated system architects, engineers, subject matter experts (in tactical intelligence), and program managers. VNE also develops training courses and tools to prepare warfighters to effectively employ tactical intelligence systems and provide management guidance to the Government organizations that develop these systems. Qualifications
VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Management Analyst 2 Minimum Qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
Experience:
- 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
- Two (2) years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
- Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), DoD procurement policies and procedures, and other business-related regulation.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and Teams.
- TS/SCI level Clearance required.
Job Description:
- Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
- Define the nature and extent of problems. Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
- Develop solutions to problems.
- In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and
- culture.
- Prepare and solve mathematical models.
- Report findings and recommendations to the Government. Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. Implement the suggestions made.
- Generate and/or format/edit monthly status reports, weekly status reports, meeting minutes, and after-action reports.
- Support development of processes and procedures for document development standards and format including quality and style.
- Perform proofreading of all developed documents.
- Generate and execute purchase requests.
- Perform travel planning and prepare travel estimates.
Essential Duties of the Job:
- Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
- Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
- Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.
- Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face

- While performing duties of job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- May be exposed to chemicals related to office equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (i.e. general office environment).
