Position Summary:

Join the Vallen team as the Vending Business Analyst. In this role you will asset tracking, KPI and profitability reports, authorize vending expense payments, facilitate rebates, and perform various audits to ensure effective Vending and ERP Automation. You will be responsible for inventory and financial integrity.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Asset Tracking -- daily, as needed
    • Track all Vending Equipment Deployed and pending Deployment
    • Vending Asset Expense Records
    • Vending Fees Records
    • Submit Asset Transfers with Vending Partners and Vallen
  • Vending/VMI Customers Master Records -- daily, as needed
    • Track all Vending and VMI Customer Account records
    • Update various web-based records as needed
  • Profitability Reports - Monthly
    • Update and compile current data
    • Submit records for Profitability report
  • Web-based Vending/VMI Directory -- daily, as needed
    • Add/Change/Remove Customers/Accounts/ShipTos
    • Update Machine Counts, Solution types, Vending Fees, Lease Fees, etc.
  • ERP Customer Master Audits - Monthly
    • Audit previous month's requests to validate ERP Classifications
    • Periodic full audits to ensure accuracy
  • Vending Fees/Rebates -- Vending Partner Payment Authorizations
    • License Renewals -- Monthly/Annually
    • Rebates - Quarterly
  • KPI Reporting - Monthly
  • Consignment Specialist
    • ERP Inventory Movement and Consignment Usage Billing
    • Vending Software, Reporting and Database Requirements
    • EDI/API functionality
    • Troubleshooting & Implementation support
  • Excel Specialist
    • Support Team as needed
  • Smartsheet Specialist
    • Build and Maintain Forms, Sheets, Reports, etc
    • Workflows/Automation
    • Build and Maintain Metrics
  • Participate in Team Collaborative meetings
  • Software and Hardware Knowledge of various vending solution machines

Job Qualifications:

BS Degree, or minimum of 3+ years' experience in Distribution Inventory Control or Vending Solutions.

  • Experience with Accounts Payable, or Vending solutions by CribMaster or SupplyPro a plus.
  • Candidate must be a Critical Thinker, Detail Oriented, a Self-Starter, Organized, Team and Customer Service focused.
  • Excel Experience or Certification -- Intermediate or higher
  • Smartsheets Experience -- Sheets & Workflows, Forms, Metrics and Reports
