Head of Global Talent, Org & Engagement Reports to:CHRO Team Member: Global HR Leadership Team and James Hardie Global Senior Leadership team Location:Chicago, IL Travel:Approximately 10-25% (Regionally & Globally) Position Overview: The Global Head of Talent, Org & Engagement Center of Excellence (CoE) at James Hardie, a nearly $4Bn global business with approximately 6,000 employees in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, will lead a team to set Global Talent, Org & Engagement Strategy that enables business growth. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in further embedding our Purpose "Building a better future for all" through innovative Talent, culture and engagement practices. The Talent leader will oversee the full range of Talent management, succession planning, performance management, retention, organization design and effectiveness, change management and employee engagement strategies.
