Title: Sales Tool Administration and Support

Job Location: Portland, OR or Westminster, CO

Our Department: Sales Operations Policy & Administration, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)

Are you experienced with the development of effective sales tools? Do you want to work for an award-winning technology company? We are looking for someone to join our Sales Operations team and have a positive impact on our sales team!

What You Will Do

As a Sales Tool Admin for the Sales Operations Policy team, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the requirements of Trimble's AEC Sector and our sales organization through the development and management of sales tools including Gong, Gong Engage, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator globally.

  • Collaborate with Trimble's Sales Enablement team, product subject matter experts & sales leadership to administer and support onboarding efforts, key product launches, and Salesforce integration.
  • Partner with Enablement to launch new features and functionalities of the sales tools.
  • Manage new and existing user access, permissions, and roles within designated sales tools, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in contract renewal.
  • Refine policy and business use cases to ensure the proper audience is getting access to the tools.
  • Contribute to the development of team processes, assist team members in tool administration, and work with Enablement to identify approaches to optimize tools.
  • Work with Sales Enablement program managers to ensure all materials adhere to product marketing and Sales Enablement standards.
  • Provide day-to-day support for sales teams regarding tool functionality, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
  • Assess and implement new tools as needed.

What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Should Bring

  • Tools and Technology
    • Demonstrated ability to provide user administration and manage technical integrations
    • Experience in Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Self-Management and Soft Skills
    • Communicate efficiently & proactively, both verbally and in writing
    • Problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in interactions with coworkers, customers, and vendors
  • Take initiative, anticipate needs and take responsibility for following through
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Could Bring

  • Experience using Seismic, Zoominfo, Gong, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Basic data analysis
