Job Summary
The Healthcare Account Executive II is responsible for growth through business development of new and existing employer partnerships in assigned territory or service line to advance Prevea's business footprint and to grow our unique patient base. Additionally, responsible for regional strategy development and execution to achieve annual goals. The position is accountable to develop and maintain relationship with insurance brokers and other partners as appropriate. This position participates in professional and networking organizations. What you will do
- Understands and articulates the value of a partnership with Prevea Health, to brokers, employers and community leaders, through value-based conversations, and the development and delivery of proposals and presentations.
- Develops and fosters relationships with all brokers and employers in assigned territory, maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders while suggesting appropriate healthcare delivery products, services and/or solutions provided by Prevea Health or its partners.
- Serves as the primary contact and relationship/account manager for employer partners while supporting them with their healthcare and wellbeing needs and connecting those needs to specific areas and service lines from within Prevea Health.
- Works with external brokers/agencies and internal stakeholders to design a strategy for employer partners, that delivers measurable results for the client.
- Utilizes Wellness, Occupational Health, or Clinical Service divisional leaders to recommend, and deliver products or services to businesses, based on the employer's needs and strategy.
- Independently identifies, categorizes, and takes ownership of business and broker relationships across the assigned region.
- Creates, executes, and manages an annual growth strategy for regional prospects and Tier 1/Tier 2 employer groups, focusing on system growth, client retention, and evolution of existing partnerships.
- Develops short term goals and long-term sales plans to hit assigned targeted annual growth. Prepares and executes strategies to protect, grow and diversify new and existing relationships with employers and brokers across the region.
- Strategizes with, provides guidance to, and supports Level 1 team members across the state in their development and execution of market penetration tactics and growth plans.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field; or 7-years of recent business-to-business solution-based sales experience in lieu of education. Required
Experience Qualifications
- 5-7 years Experience in healthcare related, health/wellness, business-to-business, health insurance or medical product sales. Required
- 3-5 years Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Required
