This position will be working directly with the Human Resources department as a second line of defense for operational risk mitigation. Identify current and emerging risks related to human capital and assess controls and gaps with oversight and accountability to create an effective risk program. This includes review of incentive compensation, sales practices, colleague conduct, all HR related risk assessments and the talent management program to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices. Establish cross-functional partnerships with HR line of business, risk and audit departments. Create independent analysis to assist with risk identification, root cause analysis, reporting and ongoing monitoring of overall risk profiles. Must stay current with ongoing regulatory changes, bank initiatives to identify efficiencies and enhancements to the program. Will also support other operational risk management programs.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
