Responsibilities

    Provide administrative and logistical support to multiple Intelligence Community (IC) programs within the Workforce Shaping Group.
  • Organize and facilitate interagency working group and community of practice meetings.
  • Maintain group email distribution lists, take meeting minutes, and draft meeting summaries.
  • Organize and facilitate IC-wide in-person and virtual events, such as Lunch & Learn seminars.
  • Schedule events, work with guest speakers to finalize meeting materials, and send read-ahead materials to participants.
  • Lead coordination with a variety of offices, including facilities, pre-publication review, strategic communications, and graphics.
  • Provide records management support to maintain organized team files.
  • Provide project management support and track status of projects to meet deadlines.
  • Learn and use customer-specific applications for visitor requests, reservations, and other internal services.
  • Keep documents on the Workforce Shaping Group's website up to date.
  • Create briefing material, talking points, placemat summaries, and other deliverables as needed.
  • Track program metrics.


Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience providing administrative and logistical support in the IC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Project and records management support experience.
  • 5 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 3 years of experience with a MS/MA, or no degree and 9 years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with poly.

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership and engaging with multiple IC agencies.
  • SharePoint proficiency.
  • Familiarity with file architecture design.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
