General Purpose and Scope of Position: Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a motivated and experienced Turf and Ornamental Sales Agronomist responsible for developing and maintaining accounts and attracting new customers within the LCO, Golf, and NGH markets. This position will assist customers with the proper product selection and use of products based on specific agronomic needs. The Turf and Ornamental Sales Agronomist will maintain and develop profitable customer relationships, while becoming the market leader within the defined sales geography. Compensation and Benefits: In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $50,500 - $70,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
