KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and joint sales plans for key accounts with Google partner sales teams, cultivate sales relationships within the alliance, focused on dev/platform components of Google Cloud as a hyperscaler
  • Connect and enable sales relationships between assigned KPMG industry teams (and/or account cluster) and sales alliance contacts
  • Define and execute go to market plans with Consumer and Retail industry teams at KPMG and Google
  • Source and qualify new deals from target through close and generate gross new pipeline, with a responsibility to activate the Google sales channel for KPMG opportunities; shape sales and pursuit strategy based on alliance knowledge, solutions, and experience
  • Educate KPMG account and Industry teams on Google solutions and technology and activate these to help accelerate and improve proposals, address client business needs, drive awareness and activation of key KPMG solutions within the Google partner sales team
  • Engage in account management: including Account planning, meeting follow-up, lead generation and pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, proposal, and SOW development

Qualifications:

  • Minimum ten years' experience selling Google products and services; deep knowledge of Google Cloud stack, with a focus on data, AI/GenAI, and Cyber as required to achieve pipeline and booking's goal; minimum seven years of professional services or solution sales experience in enterprise accounts, including large-scale application platform and infrastructure development services, with verifiable track record of exceeding expectations/targets
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to leverage technical acumen within the Google Cloud stack; deep knowledge of Google product stack, including enterprise and cloud-native architectures, product/solution design and build, cloud engineering, application development and modernization, data pipelines/platforms/Lakehouse, integration and orchestration, and more as required to achieve pipeline and bookings goals
  • Existing relationships with Google sales professionals; demonstrated ability to generate new accounts, new opportunities, and build sales plans while fostering a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results
  • Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings, Consumer and Retail subject matter knowledge/experience preferred
  • Ability to travel
