Overview Next 150 Construction, a fully owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with local business partner and senior HR management in supporting field leadership teams. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruiting/employment, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, comply to the collective bargaining agreements and employment law compliance. Responsibilities CORE JOB TASKS:
Investigating employee complaints and disciplinary matters while adhering to union guidelines.
