Overview Eastaway Property Management is seeking a Leasing/Recertification Specialist for a 186-unit affordable multifamily LIHTC property located in Washington, DC. The Leasing/Recertification Specialist will provide resident services support, including processing move-in and annual recertifications following LIHTC and Fair Housing guidelines. This role will also perform other duties such as rent collection, resident file management, and leasing of units under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsibilities
Process initial and annual re-certifications following LIHTC program regulations, property Tenant Selection Plan guidelines, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, DC this ranges from $52,000.00 - $56,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
