UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Truman Health Services Clinic. This opportunity is a full-time day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and will work as a hybrid in-person/remote position, primarily working in an office space located inside one of the UNM Medical Group's largest clinics, Truman Health Services Clinic. *Please note, selected candidate must have a permanent address and live in New Mexico or be willing to relocate to New Mexico* Minimum $83,283 - Midpoint $106,121* *Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience. *Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Summary: Provides advanced expertise on a broad range of human resource (HR) management topics. Serves in a leadership capacity by partnering directly with the business unit leadership to resolve day-to-day, as well as large-scale organizational issues, and/or leading major HR initiatives. Identifies opportunities to enhance HR practices across the business unit(s) to support organizational goals and objectives. Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Maintains in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, processes, and resources. Minimum Job Requirements of a Senior HR Business Partner: High School or GED. 9 years of experience Directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
