Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 21+ years of age
• 3+ years of general maintenance experience in a commercial environment (including HVAC, building automation/management systems, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

Perform preventative maintenance and on-demand repair work. Maintain and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems. Perform daily inspections. Identify issues and create correlating work orders to correct them. Communicate issues with the facility manager. Place, schedule, and coordinate service calls. Be available to respond to emergency requests. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay | $26 - $30 per hour
