Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Lafayette, LA, and is hiring an HR Assistant to join a passionate team providing healthcare with a personal touch. Our client is the nation's leader in home disease management and is committed to delivering premier respiratory services inside the comfort of homes for patients. We're seeking a candidate with HR experience, proficiency in Excel and email, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working independently, and not afraid to ask questions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in HR! Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $14/hr. Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire and position change processes, including offer letters, onboarding, and employment verifications. Conduct new hire orientations, track employee data in Excel, and lead trainings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Handle employee inquiries with strong conflict resolution skills and manage termination processes. Assist with travel arrangements for training and support HR leadership with administrative tasks.
