Location: Plano, TX About this opportunity The Customer Unit Account Manager is a strategic role within Ericsson that offers an individual the opportunity to work with cross functional teams to drive new Sales and grow the business whilst building strong relationships with the Customer. This role also provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced Sales Directors to build knowledge and expertise in the Ericsson pre-Sales and post-sales process. Account Managers have overall account responsibility, that includes Sales, customer relationships, financial management, and a single point of escalation for the customer. The Account Manager will secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development engagements based on a fundamental understanding of the customers' business, operations, and objectives. This role will also work closely with the Ericsson Project Management organization to ensure successful project fulfillment.
