As an SAP ABAP/Fiori/BTP/CPI Specialist, you will support and enhance cross-functional business processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment. You'll ensure seamless integration across SAP modules, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and provide hands-on support, particularly during and after go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP, ensuring reliability and performance.

  • Create and maintain Smartforms/Adobe Forms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SAP issues and deliver technical support to end users.

  • Develop and support SAP Flexible Workflows to streamline business processes.

  • Design, implement, and maintain Fiori applications for improved user experience.

  • Deliver post-go-live support to address technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs.

  • Conduct end-to-end, unit, and integration testing with technical, third-party, and functional teams.

  • Maintain SAP CPI and SAP BTP, monitoring performance and ensuring optimal reliability.

  • Continuously evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for enhancements and optimizations.

  • Document technical developments, troubleshooting procedures, and integration processes.

  • Support change management activities including testing, deployment, and stabilization.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with business process owners to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required education.

  • 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including object-oriented programming and custom reporting.

  • 3+ years of CPI and BTP development experience, including CPI integration design and development.

  • Familiarity with SAP Flexible Workflow development and troubleshooting.

  • Proven experience with Fiori/UI5 development and SAP Gateway.

  • Knowledge of SAP enhancement frameworks, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.

  • Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize SAP programs and workflows.

  • Participation in at least 2 full-cycle implementations including integration design, development, and support.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP data integration (BTP, OData APIs, XML, JSON, EDI, PGP Encryption, Groovy Scripting, SFTP, SOAP, HANA, CDS Views).

  • Demonstrated ability to provide post-go-live support, including incident resolution and performance monitoring.

  • Solid understanding of SAP functional modules (FI, MM, SD) and their technical integrations.

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage critical production support issues under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SAP ABAP implementation and support project experience.

  • 4+ years of SAP CPI and BTP platform experience.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (version 2020 or later).

  • Proven ability in post-go-live/production support management.

  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for ABAP.

  • Strong background in SAP CPI integration design, development, and deployment.

  • Expertise in complex integration processes, integrating both cloud-based and on-premise applications.

  • Proficiency with JavaScript and Groovy script for complex mapping logic.

  • Experience configuring sender and receiver adapters (IDOC, FTP, SFTP, Mail, ODATA, REST, SOAP, HTTP).

  • Knowledge of Event Mesh and event-driven architecture.

  • Experience with SAP Cloud Connector configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Experience implementing pre-packaged integrations (e.g., Workday, Concur).

  • Strong debugging skills and a solid grasp of development methodologies, techniques, and tools.

  • Familiarity with SAP BTP's security artifacts (encryption, decryption, SSH keys).

  • Skilled in SAP CPI monitoring and application administration.

  • Certifications in SAP CPI/BTP, ABAP, or Fiori development are a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Starting Salary Range:$138,634.92 - $190,623.01
