Overview Primary Purpose Manages daily operations of Virtual Health to align enterprise services with customer needs. Serves as the point of contact for current program support and participates in cross functional strategy and development sessions to advance the Advocate Health Virtual Health Strategy. Works closely with support teams to ensure current processes and technology align to overall enterprise outcomes. Major Responsibilities Responsible for selecting, developing, mentoring, and reviewing the performance of each direct report. Serves as strategic leader to clinical operators and market and facility leadership to identify virtual solutions to meet respective organizational needs. Oversees the ongoing innovation, optimization and performance metrics for the structure to design, deploy virtual health services across the Enterprise. Leads the team for ongoing deployment and growth of virtual services across the Enterprise. Demonstrates expertise in realigning staff and other resources to respond to virtual health strategy and initiative demands. Works cooperatively with other corporate support and operational departments and divisions. Assures effective communications occur between their departments and others within Advocate Health. Oversees all governance structures and business model justification for virtual health services, in partnership with other Enterprise approval bodies. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field Work Experience Minimum 10 years' healthcare experience required. Large scale, complex project management and/or strategy experience preferred. Must be competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Preferred Job Requirements Experience Preferred experience leading operations for virtual health in a complex environment.
