About the Role:

GMR is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Associate Project Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment enablement efforts. In this role, you will focus on developing and delivering impactful training programs, ensuring compliance, and implementing quality assurance processes to elevate our recruiting capabilities. This position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities, including system configuration support for applicant tracking and CRM systems. As an Associate Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with recruiting teams, business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to drive initiatives that position GMR as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development & Delivery:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for recruiters, hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders on topics such as recruitment best practices, talent attraction, interview techniques, compliance, and new tools/processes.
  • Create repeatable, scalable training materials to for both new and existing team members to support their effectiveness, utilizing various delivery methods including live training, process documentation and LMS courses in Cornerstone.
  • Lead recruiter "level-up" initiatives, continually raising the bar for performance and skills across the team.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within the talent acquisition process and implement solutions that streamline workflows and enhance quality.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure alignment on training, compliance, and quality assurance initiatives.

Data Analysis & Recommendations:

  • Analyze recruiting data to assess the effectiveness of training and quality assurance efforts, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to proactively introduce innovative solutions that enhance our recruiting processes.

System Support:

  • Assist in configuring and optimizing our iCIMS applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools to support recruitment operations.
  • Partner with technical teams as needed to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment operation, talent attraction, or related environment preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and accurate training materials quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with project management software and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS/CRM systems) is a plus.
