Primary Function: Directs efforts to foster, develop, and maintain effective integrated digital marketing programs that achieve annual performance goals and support the College's mission. Develops and executes initiatives and campaigns that strengthen the College brand, expand enrollment, and attract prospective students using an optimized mix of digital and traditional media platforms. Responsibilities: (1) With the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications, develops and directs integrated marketing strategies involving SEM, SEO, PPC, in-bound, content, social and direct marketing efforts, lead nurturing, and prospect engagement. (2) Implements and executes best-in-class in-house integrated digital marketing that is recognized both internally and externally for its effective programs, efficient use of resources, and outstanding results. (3) Leads on-page optimizations, new content generation, technical SEO maintenance, and efforts to grow domain and page authority. (4) Manages all stages of communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and completion. (5) Oversees digital and media agencies and consultants. (6) Analyzes performance data and interprets results to optimize marketing programs. (7) Tracks and measures effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns; reports on SEO KPIs, including ranking, traffic, CTR, conversion, and CPA. (8) Manages other responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Organizational Relationships: (1) Responsible to the Senior Director, Marketing and Communications for performance of assigned responsibilities. (2) Relates role to College goals and mission attainment.(3) Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with divisional and academic leadership. (4) Works in partnership with the Directors of Admissions and Enrollment Services to achieve enrollment goals. Performance Standards:Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when:(1) mutually agreed upon objectives have been attained within a specified time frame, (2) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level consistent with performance objectives, (3) effective cooperative relationships exist with other members of the administrative team, and (4) leadership competencies are exhibited in a manner consistent with institutional norms such that positive team/employee relations are fostered and employee developmental needs are proactively addressed. Qualifications: (1) Professional Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on work experience leading integrated digital marketing programs with a demonstrated track record of accomplishment. (2) Education: Bachelor's degree from a Councilfor HigherEducation Accreditation (CHEA) approved Institutional Accreditor institution in marketing or communications. (3) Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: (a) Comprehensive understanding of lead and demand generation tactics, including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media integration. (b) Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools, including engagement and conversion optimization. Experience with Hubspot a plus. (c) Expertise in data analysis and consultative reporting. (d) Proficiency in executing digital marketing campaigns with current industry best practices. (e) Experience in managing projects with multiple resources, stakeholders, and deadlines. (f) Effective interpersonal communication skills to drive appropriate collaboration with students, faculty, and staff. (f) Fluency in Mac and PC platforms. (g) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. |
