Telecare's Sacramento ARISE program is a Community-Based Program serving approximately 200 members that are adult residents of Sacramento County who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Individuals may be at risk of or experiencing one or more of the following: homelessness, involved in the criminal justice system, have been court-ordered mental health treatment, or are at risk of involuntary psychiatric hospitalization or institutionalization.

What You Will Do To Change Lives
The Housing Specialist Supervisor is responsible for providing members served with housing services, education, and opportunities. Provides direct customer, community support, crisis intervention, and case management services to assigned customers. Responsibilities include assisting members served in negotiating housing options, interfacing with the housing authority, and managing stable . Collaborates with other services and agencies such as Child Protective Services, County Mental Health and Health Services. Completes screenings and determines the appropriate level of services for new customers.

Shifts Available:

Full Time; DAYS 8:30 am - 5:00 pm varies as needed; Monday - Friday

Expected starting wage range is $68,640.00 - $70,152.12. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Two (2) years of direct service experience working with individuals with mental illness, preferably in an unlocked community setting
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, as well as housing experience in the community
    Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
  • Valid and current driver's license, personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver, and passing a driver history record check
  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
