The Digital Product Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch and continues to support the digital product through enhancements and new features or functionality. They are responsible for the product management and product performance analysis/score carding of the assigned Consumer or Business Products. Major areas of responsibility are (1) Core Product Management (creating and managing the product set), including Product Development, Product Enhancement and Maintenance, and Product Planning/Portfolio Management, and (2) Applied Product Management (the collaboration with other stakeholders to bring the products to market), including Pricing, Marketing/Promotions, Informing and Supporting Product Distribution, and Informing Forecasting and Reporting, while Monitoring and Maintaining Compliance. Expected to work closely with business partners in Marketing Advisory, Compliance, Operations, Customer Care, Business Line Risk, Legal and Customer Experience. Constant communication about the environment including competition, compliance concerns, and strategic direction with Branch Banking and Community Market teams is required. Play a key role in managing the IT systems development by partnering with the scrum engineering team, and work closely with Finance in measuring and tracking financial performance.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
