Pay and Benefits:
- Starting at $16.50/hour, with potential earnings up to $18/hour based on experience and certifications
- Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Shift Bonuses
What You'll Do:
As a caregiver at Regency, your essential duties include:
- Assisting residents with showering, bathing, toileting, and other daily activities
- Supporting residents with 1:1 transfers
- Escorting residents to meals and activities per their care plan
- Encouraging and facilitating resident participation in activities
- Performing first aid as trained
- Assisting with medication or treatments under licensed nurse direction
- Completing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or CBRF Caregiver Certification
- If uncertified, 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- A cooperative, team-oriented attitude
