The opportunity The Systems and Support Analyst, a member of the Systems and Support team in Student Financial Services, will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for several systems used in Student Financial Services, such as Perceptive Content, Microsoft SharePoint and Federal Student Aid websites. The Systems and Support Analyst will perform configuration and maintenance tasks to support operations. The Systems and Support Analyst will also perform support tasks for the daily operations involved in the student aid experience, serve as Secondary Destination Point Administrator for Federal Student Aid website access, and support the Unify CRM system. You will report to the Assoc. Director of Systems and Support Student Financial Services. This is a remote friendly Dual-Placed role. In this role:

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
