Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained. About the Department and/or College Financial Well-being & Literacy department will focus on improving the financial well-being and literacy of Texas Tech University students and their families. This position is an expansion of the currently existing Red to Black Peer Financial Coaching Program. Major/Essential Functions
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in financial planning, Higher Education or equivalent area, Accredited Financial Counselor certificate.
