Lubbock Associate Managing Director 39744BR Institutional Research Position Description The Associate Managing Director of Institutional Research will oversee state and federal reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. This role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging data analytics to improve efficiency and inform decision-making. The successful candidate will have strong technical, communication, and leadership skills as well as a deep understanding of higher education and state/federal reporting regulations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field required plus six years administrative or management experience. Additional education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications An advanced degree in a relevant field and significant experience in higher education administration, particularly in institutional research and analytics. Additionally, experience in project management is highly valued. Leadership experience, including managing teams and overseeing complex projects, is also essential.
