DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for managing change control processes. This includes prioritizing change orders and planning system updates. You will also be involved in designing enhancements, conducting acceptance testing, and overseeing the implementation of improvements. Your work will focus on the current legacy Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), the provider reimbursement system within the PROMISe operations management information system, and the upcoming MMIS modernization efforts. This encompasses applications for provider management and enrollment, electronic data interchange transactions, claims and encounter processing logic, prior authorization and utilization modules, patient access interoperability, and electronic visit verification. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time with a minimum of one day per month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
