Description
The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the children, the daily living activities and routines of the unit, documentation and the care of the physical unit. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring agency standards are met, including the quality of activities. The Assistant Supervisor assures that the interactions between adults and children are positive and conducive to meeting UC/UM goals. The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for maintaining oversight of all house activities and assigns tasks to staff as needed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
