Who we are looking for: The Plant Controller is responsible for planning, forecasting, analysis, management reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls and compliance. In addition, the Plant Controller serves as the business partner to the Plant Manager, providing support on all matters relating to the performance, capital and other resource allocation decision analysis, and financial processes. The Controller interacts closely with manufacturing and sales operations. In addition to financial process and performance management, the Controller will contribute, and in some areas provide leadership in strategic initiative deployment. The Controller will interact with the Corporate Accounting and External Reporting to continuously improve accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial reporting, as well as with corporate Financial Planning and Analysis to improve and maintain forecasting and reporting processes.
