The Regional Quality Installation Expert is responsible to monitor quality during the installation phase of the projects in the assigned region. RQI works in collaboration with the Business Unit, Quality PMs. Installation Managers and all supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, timely managing risks & the relevant mitigation plan in order to minimize the number of escaping defects & ensure that our customers' needs are met.

As the NAM Quality Installation Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing non-conformance and concessions approval process during installation to ensure compliance with contract requirements and report relevant status through proper KPIs;
  • perform analysis and reporting of cost of quality for the assigned region, maximizing cost recovery vs. vendors in cooperation with sourcing;
  • Following up root cause analysis when required, cooperating with appointed functions, till closure of the issue.
  • Participating at the project meetings both internal and with customer (Lessons Learned Review, periodic meetings), sharing project related information and building relationship;
  • Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers;
  • Managing 360 Quality issues during installation phase in conjunction with site team and HQ references, ensuring right level of responsiveness, control and loop-back;
  • Leading and promote all aspects regarding Quality within the Installations function and to be a key interface with both internal and external customers and suppliers, providing Practical and Technical support to the Installations management structure

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 3 years of quality management experience in global matrixed company
  • Possess knowledge of financial, competitor, regulatory environment.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Able to travel at least 50% to customer sites throughout North America
