About This Role
Kansas State University is looking for an inventive and organized Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to lead the development our recruitment graduate student experience!
What You'll Do:



  • Manage our graduate student experience, focusing on customer service. This includes managing recruitment functions such as emails, chat, phones and daily recruitment efforts.


  • Collaborate with faculty, current students, and staff.

  • Track and analyze feedback to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.

  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment.


  • Be the face of K-State at graduate fairs, conferences, and virtual events.



What We're Looking For:



  • A strong background in customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in a CRM, student recruitment, or related fields.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Worksite Option

This position is hybrid.

An employee who is working remotely must reside within the United States in order to comply with all federal and state laws, filings, or tax requirements. What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree and one year relevant experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success working independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated dependability and strong customer service experience
  • Ability to understand, interpret and implement policy and procedures and to problem solve effectively
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele, to establish and maintain effective working relationships, and to handle the demands of multiple deadlines and interruptions
  • Ability to work in diverse and changing environments
  • Familiarity with educational student services
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and comprise effective recruitment and yield strategies.


Other Requirements:



  • Requires a valid driver's license
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
