Someone who's committed to making a difference for at-risk youth. Educators who value equity, kindness, and flexibility. What You'll Do: Provide individualized instruction based on student IEPs. Create culturally responsive, trauma-sensitive learning environments. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and agency staff to support student success. Empower students with social-emotional and transition planning skills. Compensation, Schedule, and Location Pay: Hourly per the CBA, based on experience and qualifications. Schedule: Per diem/part-time, up to 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Flexibility: Ideal for educators seeking a schedule that complements other commitments.
