Moog has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Policy Manager to join our Central Supply Chain team. As a member of our Supply Chain Policy Center of Excellence team, you will be strategic partner to Moog's Operating Group Supply Chain teams. In this role, you will report to the Central Supply Chain Policy Director.

As a Supply Chain Policy Manager, you will:

  • Develop, maintain and deploy standard Supply Chain policies that comply with a range of business requirements. This includes but is not limited to global regulatory, customer and internal business requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to Operating Group Supply Chain Teams in the areas of:
  • US government (FAR/DFARS) requirements associated to supply chain contracting including those required to maintain an approved Purchasing System. This includes but is not limited to price/cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations and price reasonableness.
  • Supply Chain Sustainability requirements in collaboration with Moog's Corporate Sustainability team.
  • Support the Central Supply Chain Excellence team to develop standard practices to enable Operating Group Supply Chain teams to comply with supply chain policy requirements.
  • Support Supply Chain Policy training and Communities of Practice.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. A relevant advance (graduate level) degree and/or Supply Chain Professional Certificate is desirable.
  • Greater than 10 years related job experience; Aerospace and Defense industry experience desired.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with contractual requirements including Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR/DFAR) as they pertain to procurement.
  • Proven capability in working collaboratively within a multicultural geographically dispersed environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in the form of written, verbal, and formal presentation.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $120,000.00-$155,000.00 Annually

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
