This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 Our ideal candidate The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist II supports a centralized loan servicing department with a variety of tasks to enhance member experience and adhere to Credit Union and regulatory standards. The role services all consumer loan types and provides support to internal and external members with consumer lending functions through various processes. The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist II promotes safe lending practices through lien filings, insurance verification & total loss claims, and loan protection product maintenance.
