Job Description
EisnerAmper is seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to facilitate our compensation process and support all compensation functions and services. The role will report into the HR Operations and Total Rewards Managing Director. The role is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and administration of EisnerAmper's compensation programs designed and delivered in Workday. In this role, you'll support our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design. We're seeking someone analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.
