Land Survey Intern

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a limited-term, full-time Survey Intern to work on land surveying projects starting in May/June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with operating GPS, robotic total station, and data controller equipment
• Performing topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking
• Assisting with drafting services for survey projects

A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites as needed.

Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in land surveying, civil engineering technology, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have any/all the following:

• Experience using survey equipment (GPS, Total Station, and/or auto level)
• Land surveying coursework
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation software programs
• Construction field experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
