Job Advertisement: Tosca Test Automation Engineer (Remote or Charlotte, NC)

Are you passionate about quality assurance and test automation? Join a dynamic team at a leading organization where innovation meets excellence. We're seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong Tosca experience to help deliver exceptional results. While Charlotte, NC locals are preferred, remote candidates are also welcome!


Key Responsibilities

  • Review business requirements to identify testing areas.
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
  • Define, collect, and document data necessary for testing efforts.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, maintaining clear documentation throughout.
  • Maintain traceability between test cases/scripts and business requirements.
  • Provide release notes and execution results to lead testers and Product Owners.
  • Ensure team adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
  • Create framework components and reusable functions for automation and performance testing.
  • Build user documents and script maintenance instructions for automated testing.
  • Collaborate with the team to review results and ensure entry and exit criteria are met.


Top Skills Required

  • Tosca experience (certification is a plus or must be obtained within 6 months).
  • Strong test automation expertise.
  • Proven experience in creating framework components for performance testing.
  • Familiarity with test documentation, validation, and defect management.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Charlotte, NC locals are preferred, but remote candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
