Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Administrator with our client in the financial industry located in Irving, TX. This is a 6+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Manage a pipeline of high-priority, complex, and high-risk efforts from assignment to completion Leverage knowledge of banking operations, accounting standards, and financial industry procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Apply expertise in credit products, principles, and requirements to support payment transactions Utilize knowledge of financial functions, account management, and client relationship management to meet business objectives Provide high-quality client support, addressing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Identify creative solutions to enhance service quality and resolve client concerns Perform account setup and updates on merchant accounts, including ABA/DDA information, new locations, and entitlements Conduct general maintenance updates as part of the new merchant account setup process Requirements: 2+ years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education Client support experience, with a focus on service quality initiatives Expertise in account setup, maintenance, and second-level reviews Knowledge of banking operations, credit products, and financial industry standards Proficiency in account management and client relationship management Ability to manage a pipeline of complex tasks from start to finish Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Pay Range: $20-$27 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
